Who Qualifies? If you are a resident in any of the Cities listed above AND any ONE of the following three items, you are a Section 3 Resident:
1) Low income including those with disabilities: Your gross (all income earners) household income does not exceed the “Low Income” (80% of Area Median Income) column below. If you have more than 8 individuals in your household please call at the number below.

Funding may in part be from HUD’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program. Priority will be given to residents of the specific cities listed above. Other Inland Empire areas will have lower priority.
